I have a passion for creating infill developments with a sense of community and place that embrace the authentic characteristics of existing neighborhoods. Employing the motto “site-specific solutions for site-specific problems,” I seek to solve difficult problems and create unique opportunities from challenging infill sites. 

Guiding Philosophy 

• create authentic urban environments where people will want to live and work through the blending of complimentary uses and human-scale design. 
• create attractive, convenient alternatives to suburban living by developing in locations with access to urban amenities and by employing transit oriented design principles to create highly walkable communities.
• seek unique solutions to development obstacles by understanding community needs and forming public/private partnerships.
• public spaces are vital to successful urban projects as they create a sense of community. We look for opportunities to integrate such spaces in the projects we develop.
